I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. While the staff was friendly and extra accommodating, the service overall left a lot to be desired. The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants, but the rooms felt a bit overwhelming due to poor lighting. I also faced a frustrating issue retrieving a lost item, which was handled poorly by management. Overall, it had its pros and cons, and I'm not sure if I'd return.
